When can I start prenatal classes?
We always recommend consulting with your doctor to see when it's appropriate for you to start yoga. Usually it is after the first trimester. Meditation can begin at anytime!
Should I arrive a little early before my first class?
We recommend that you arrive 10-15 minutes before class begins.
What should I bring?
We have all the props you need, and recommend bringing your own yoga mat (we do have mats avialable for use as well). It's a good idea to bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothes you can stretch in!
